Temple started his journey into the expansive field of massage therapy at a young age by giving his mother massages before bed regularly to ease her pain. This early exposure to massage set in a natural and intuitive way of working with the body, such as: “When you fight the body, the body fights back.” or that “The whole body is an integrated in function and disfunction".” Temple was raised in Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula. He graduated from the Alaska Career College under the tutelage of the esteemed Bruce Millsap, LMT in 2020. He shortly moved to the more gentle climate of Kauai in 2021. Temple loves creating through gardening, partner dancing, music jams, and building. Temple also loves playing with the ocean through surfing.
In his unique and innovative style, Temple draws from techniques he’s recreated from receiving massage, movements he developed or discovered himself, and from training in various modalities including: Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, Reiki/Energy Healing, Shiatsu, Thai, Myofascial Release (MFR), Reflexology, Medical Massage/Treatment Massage, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and aromatherapy.

Maneh is a trilingual trauma-informed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and dance teacher. She speaks English, Spanish, and Hebrew. She has been building her holistic practice since 2011 when she lived in Costa Rica where she studied Swedish massage, Shiatsu, and tropical medicinal plant medicine at the New Dawn Center in San Isidro. She was certified under Doctor Robert Moorse's Herbal Health Club in Florida as a detoxification specialist allowing her to give consultations as a health coach that focusing on diet, supplements, and tinctures. She graduated from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Body work, Princeville, HI in 2023. Maneh infuses her practice with techniques from Lomi-Lomi, Swedish, Thai, as well other movements she’s learned from practicing and receiving massage. She also practices lymphatic drainage.

Alyssa Kindred

Alyssa was born and raised in the pacific northwest. This is where her journey of holistic health and healing was inspired. She began this journey of health through nursing for many years. This passion evolved into working with hospice clients, which she continues to do to this day. Over the years as this journey developed though both experiential and academia she studied permiculture, herbalism, ayurveda, meditation, and achieving her bachelors in Ecological Agriculture and philosophy. Essential to this journey has been learning how people connect and relate with self and others. A crucial part of her story was coming to Kauai in 2022 where she graduated from the Pacific Center for Awarness and Bodywork. Truama informed human touch was a missing piece in her healing journey. Alyssa believes that connecting through touch in its own right can be deeply healing and when intentionality is applied the possibilities are transformative.

Ash is amazing and brilliant massage therapist with a curious spirit and passion to learn. Ash additionally loves practicing craniosacral therapy. She is a gardener, dancer, forever student of life, and an open hearted spirit with an open hearted practice.
